Shipping policy

1.Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once the order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

 

2. Shipping Time & Methods

Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days

Express Shipping: 3-7 business days (additional charges may apply)

Note: International orders may be delayed due to customs inspections.

 

2.Shipping Fees

Free shipping within Singapore

International Free shipping on orders over S$200.

Standard shipping fee: S$20, Express shipping fee: S$50.

The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

 

3.Shipping Tracking

After shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number to check the status of your order.

Please note that some shipping carriers may not provide real-time tracking updates.

 

4.Customs Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to additional customs duties or import taxes, determined by local customs authorities.

The buyer is responsible for customs fees, and the seller is not liable for delays or returns due to customs issues.

 

5.Shipping Issues & Liability

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping addresses, customs holds, or force majeure events (such as weather conditions or pandemics).
